Sarracenia leucophylla var alba signifies pitchers that are nearly pure white in the upper pitcher and lid! These are some of the most highly prized and sought after of the Sarracenia because of their luminous beauty! Large pitchers with lacey lids open on stately, tall white pitchers! This is a beautiful green and white clone produced in Europe.

Absolutely lovely!

This was my first time ordering plants online, so I was a bit nervous. I was very glad that, upon receiving my lovelies, there was a sticker on the package explaining that the plants were dormant rather than dead. I know enough that I would probably have figured that out on my own, but having it already confirmed was so nice... Of course, since it's difficult to properly review a dormant plant, I've waited a bit to type this, but now I can happily confirm that my pretties have come out of dormancy like a charm and are every bit as beautiful as anticipated! Needless to say I've already placed another order.

Plant arrived well packed in good condition. Can't wait for Spring, it should have new growth. Right now most plants are going into winter dormancy which is to be expected.
