If you have any issues with your order, plant questions that you can't find an answer to in our FAQ or on our YouTube channel, or for any other inquiry, you can email us at info@californiacarnivores.com We have a very high volume of orders and it can take us a day or two to respond but we value all of your correspondence and will get back to you!
PLANT CARE QUESTIONS: please check the many resources on our website for plant care questions, like the FAQ section or our YouTube channel!
ORDER STATUS: please check Track Order for the status of your order. We process all order 3 - 15 business days after we receive them. Please do not email for an order status update until after that processing time has passed.
ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER: We always want everyone to have the best possible experience so please reach out with any issues immediately upon receipt of your order. Please include a photo of your plant if it was damaged in shipping and use the email subject line ORDER ISSUE so that we can fast track a response!
