U. praelonga Deluxe Potted

U. praelonga is endemic to South America. We have always grown this in the hot house with the lowland nepenthes, but we now know that it also grows well in cool greenhouses. It has two types of photosynthetic stolons, short ones, typical of most bladdrworts, and long ones that look like blades of grass up to five inches tall. It produces large showy yellow flowers on tall scapes up to a foot high.
