Care Instructions
Heliamphora are probably the hardest of the carnivorous plant genera to grow. Here are some tips:
Sun & Temp: They can thrive in cool, well lit greenhouses or in terrariums under florescent light. They are extremely temperature sensitive. Even temp in the low 80s can be too much for them. They require a significant drop in temp at night. Ideally down to the low 50s or even mid 40s. They appreciate bright light but be careful not to overheat.
Water: Water with distilled or purified water frequently, do not let the pots sit in water for long periods of time but be sure to keep the potting medium moist all the time
Dormancy: none needed
