Nepenthes bokorensis is native to Cambodia and can be grown in both intermediate and lowland conditions!
This is a combination of two clones from Borneo Exotics and differs from the single clones sometimes offered under BE-3856 and BE-3857 in that they are from a different grex of seeds. Plants in habitat show some variation in morphology and considerable variation in coloration and for this reason we keep the various clones separate.
Although they are the perfect Nepenthes for a warm and humid terrarium they are susceptible to wilt when exposed to low humidity. They should be unwrapped and put immediately into an enclosed space with high humidity and acclimated to lower humidity as needed.
Sun: Grow on sunny windowsills with at least three hours of direct sun, in greenhouses, or in a terrarium with fluorescent light
Water: Water with distilled or purified water frequently, do not let the pots sit in water for long periods of time but be sure to keep the potting medium moist all the time
Temperature: Daytime temperatures in the 70’s-90’s with a night time temperature drop of 10-20 degrees but can be grown in intermediate conditions
Dormancy: none needed
