Nepenthes boschiana x klossi Potted

Nepenthes boschiana x klossi is an exciting new hybrid from Borneo Exotics! Nepenthes boschiana is well known for its mottled pitchers with gorgeous dark red, almost black peristomes. It’s also easy to grow under variable conditions and very vigorous. BE has combined this with the rare, beautiful and highly desirable, but less easy to grow, Nepenthes klossi. Nepenthes klossi has uniquely shaped pitchers that look like large, slender bird houses with the peristome opening slightly lower down on the side of the pitcher.

Care Instructions
Sun: Grow on sunny windowsills with at least three hours of direct sun, in greenhouses, or in a terrarium with fluorescent light
Water: Water with distilled or purified water frequently, do not let the pots sit in water for long periods of time but be sure to keep the potting medium moist all the time
Temperature: Daytime temperatures in the 70’s-80’s with a 10-20 degree drop in night temps
Dormancy: none needed
