Cephalotus follicularis “Vera” Potted

$ 34.99
Size: Medium

We have run out of stock for this item.

Cephalotus follicularis is one of the most desired carnivorous plants in cultivation, it is a curious pitcher plant with compact growth, with bristly, colorful traps that are seemingly yawning for a bite to eat!

This is a new cultivar that our hard working tissue culture  manager Mike Wilder has produced for us. We’ve decided to make it after his amazing, adorable, delightful daughter Vera.

Please be aware that this can be a bit tricky to grow.  Make sure that you do not let your plants sit in water all of the time but do not let them dry out.  They also like lots of direct light and good air flow. The second potted photo is the small size and the final photo is the medium size.
