All plants are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. If plants arrive dead or in poor health, we are happy to issue a refund or replacement (replacements are subject to availability). If you are worried about your plants for any reason upon arrival, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@californiacarnivores.com or call us at 707-827-3018.  Please be sure to take a clear photo of the damaged plant upon arrival.

The plants we photograph for our website are representative of the plants we ship.   Plants are photographed during their growing season.  While dormant, they may appear smaller, or maybe even dead, but will quickly grow to look like the ones photographed when they resume growth if properly cared for.  We ship dormant plants with a "Dormant" label.
