Really good grower and this spring it really produced big traps.
Awesome plant. Very healthy with many traps, five of them quite large. California Crnivores is the only place I buy my exotics. Always a great product!
I was afraid the pings wouldn’t make it. They travelled across the county in a blizzard. Their heating packs were cold and the pings were white. I soaked them in Supethrive and planted them. They were stunned but before long they were thriving. I am amazed and delighted they survived that awful journey.

Reminiscent of delicately sculpted vases with tall stems of lovely, lily-like flowers, the sun pitchers (Heliamphora) of South America have a beautiful simplicity. Related to their cousins in the north, Sarracenia and Darlingtonia, these are the only pitcher plants of the southern continent.
