Nepenthes ( x ventrata ) x alata Potted
Nepenthes ( x ventrata ) x alata is a wonderful and easy plant to grow. It is an ideal candidate for hanging in a sunny window. With proper care, it will grow quickly and each pitcher will be bigger than the last as the vine grows longer and longer! The pitchers grow to around 8" tall with a bulbous base and a red blush. This is a wonderful beginners Nepenthes. These are tissue culture plants.
Care Instructions
Sun: Grow on sunny windowsills with at least three hours of direct sun, in greenhouses, or in a terrarium with fluorescent light
Water: Water with distilled or purified water frequently, do not let the pots sit in water for long periods of time but be sure to keep the potting medium moist all the time
Temperature: Daytime temperatures in the 70’s-80’s with a 10-20 degree drop in night temps
Dormancy: none needed

Received my plants in GREAT condition! I was worried with the weather and distance being shipped to North Alabama, but they were healthy and secure. This was my first order, but won’t be my last!
