The only reason I have to give this a poor review (they were packed fine, arrived on time, etc,) was that the two which were sent to my sister for Christmas didn't have any instructions or note that it was from me. Thanks to social media, everyone told her it was a scam, and she threw them away. I do appreciate that my request to send the two were shipped separately, but I wish there would have been a note or something to have let them know it was a gift.

I'm sorry you were not happy with our shipping! We include Care instructions in every box, and all dormant plants are labeled as such with a sticker to help ease any confusion. With your order, you placed one order and then, in the notes, requested that we ship plants to an additional address. We went ahead and did this for you as a courtesy, but that also meant we ate the extra shipping cost, since your shipping was only calculated for the single shipping address you entered at checkout. Usually, people place two separate orders to cover the shipping costs for both. Because it was Christmas time, we decided to ship the second shipment free of charge, but we don't have a system in place to generate a special invoice just for those two plants, as they were on a larger order. I'm sorry the lack of an invoice in the box made it confusing! We just don't have a process in place for something like this, as it's outside the scope of how we normally do things. It's best to place two separate orders if the plants are shipping to two different locations in the future, so there is less confusion!
