We only use this New Zealand sphagnum moss for all of our potting media. Cleaner, higher quality and long lasting; this is the best of the best. We highly recommend using it for Nepenthes, Heliamphora, Darlingtonia, and Drosera regia.
This 100g New Zealand sphagnum moss is compressed and we love it! It's compact size makes it far more cost effective to ship and, we can't lie, it's very fun to add water and watch it expand.

My first reaction was very different than my overall review
When I first received my moss, I was a bit disappointed by the size. Then after adding water seeing how much it made I was very pleased. It is somewhat difficult to cut.

High quality moss
I got this extra moss to wrap my plant roots for dormancy in the fridge, this is excellent quality and there is quite a lot packed into this small brick. Highly recommended!
It’s 150% dormant but it has a ton of potential! There was couple of hitchhikers, one a sundew and the other is hard to determine. Tons of moss, which was awesome. CalCarn proving yet again why they are the best on the pacific!
