This is a great book!! It is sectoned into specific species and has info on the specific plant media plus propagation information. Recommend for any carnarvous plant lover.

Peter has learned a lot in the years since the first edition was written, and he shares the information freely. I used to visit California Carnivores, back when they were behind the Mark West winery, Back then I could and did talk to Peter in person. Now I have the book of his information, almost as good.

Catalogue, Encyclopedia and soon to be worn out reference book. This is the information one should have before making purchases to know the environmental needs of each plant for successful longevity. A wealth of knowledge with superb pictures to tweak one’s interest. It has helped me make better decisions of what species work for me in my locale. A “must have” to aid in the enjoyment of these unique plants.
