(Daniela calls them little hippos because their bulbous growth looks like a herd of little hippo faces).

Lilium catesbaei is beautiful lily that grows alongside the Sarracenia in the Southeastern United States. Sometimes called Pine Lily, Catesby Lily or Southern Red Lily, this stunning plant has giant flowers from late summer to fall (see the second photo). They are as easy to care for as your Sarracenia!
These plants do not have exciting leaves! So you will receive a pot with a few, small leaves, 1” or so tall, and this will grow throughout spring and bloom in late summer to fall when mature. Your plant may bloom this year or may need another year or two to mature to bloom.

Lilium iridollae is a beautiful companion plant to bog growing carnivorous plants. Native to the southeastern coastal plain, it grows in the same conditions as Sarracenia. In some regions it is known as the “Panhandle Lily” or the “Pot of Gold Lily”.
These lilies can grow to six feet tall with a single, large flower that hangs down! The flowers can range in color from orange to pale yellow. They are truly stunning when they bloom and are an amazing addition to any bog garden. Extremely rare in cultivation. And limited in quantity.
These plants die back in winter with no visible growth until late spring or summer. If you order in winter or early spring, expect to see NO GROWTH yet. They have relatively small stems and leaves in spring and early summer as well!

Nepenthes burbidgeae x campanulata is a stunning plant! The compact, chartreuse plants produce large, open-mouthed pitchers that are lime green with burgundy stripes on the lips. The shape of the pitchers is elegant and beautiful, tapering down from the wide open mouth like a beautiful champagne flute! These are from a single, select clone in tissue culture from Borneo Exotics, BE-4625.
Care Instructions

Nepenthes edwardsiana is among the most magnificent and sought-after of all Nepenthes species. It probably needs no introduction, but its famous, deeply ridged peristome makes it instantly recognizable and awe-inspiring!
Produced with horticulturally produced seeds, this is a single clone exclusive from the California Carnivores tissue culture lab. We don’t know what sex these are yet, but when it flowers, we will update the listing!

The true Nepenthes eymae has been somewhat of a holy grail for most Nepenthes collectors; highly sought after for its wine glass upper pitchers but rarely acquired. Borneo Exotics original release of this species was later determined to be Nepenthes maxima or a possible hybrid. Borneo Exotics has this to say:
"From Feb 2021 we were able to show upper pitchers as well as intermediate pitchers, raised in our nurseries and which will enable everyone to make their own judgement as to whether or not this is the true species. In the narrative to the item spotlight video it’s mentioned that we believe this to be the true item, but with further consideration, we’re still not entirely sure. Either way, it’s a very beautiful plant!"

Each distinguished pitcher is lined with shaped hooks, an iconic peristome! We’ve combined this with one of our favorite Nepenthes species, glandulifera. Glandulifera has beautiful wide-open peristomes and mottled pitchers, but the best part of glandulifera is the fine hairs covering the plant! We’re so excited to see all the variations coming out of a cross like this; each seed-grown plant will be a unique treasure!

Nepenthes hamata is probably one of the most famous of all Nepenthes species because of its almost black, hooked peristome. The upper pitchers are completely different; they’re lime green, delicate and the peristome is lined with bright green fish hooks. This species grows on several mountains but the Tambusisi form is widely considered the most desirable because the lower pitchers are the darkest the species can be.

Nepenthes peltata is endemic to Mindanao in the Philippines, where it grows at altitudes between about 800 and 1,600 m, making it a temperature-tolerant intermediate grower. As the name implies, the tendril insertion into the leaf is peltate, emerging before the tip of the leaf. It’s quite variable in form but is always colourful and often has leaves with a bright red underside. Pitchers can become quite large, as the photos here show.

Nepenthes robcantleyi is arguably the most spectacular species of Nepenthes yet discovered. They have huge pitchers with giant, flared peristomes that are show stoppingly showy! It’s well known for making large pitchers fast, especially with a boost of humidity.
These little guys are small sized now, but one things for sure, they'll be giant and amazing when they're grown.

Nepenthes sibuyanensis x klossi is a fantastic cross with so much promise! Borneo Exotics has been loving the way these pitchers combine the best of both parents with large, red speckled pitchers!

Nepenthes spathulata x hamata is affectionately known as “spamata”! N. spathulata has great big green pitchers with a dark purple lip, and the famous hamata is most famous for the hooks that line the mouths of its pitchers. Gorgeous, large, speckled pit hers with wide, purple-red, delicately fanged peristomes have large wings running down the front of the pitchers, sometimes ruffled at the bottom!
