Pinguicula x 'John Rizzi' Potted

Pinguicula x 'John Rizzi' Potted

$ 19.99

This was accidental pollination done by hummingbirds that used to fly into the old greenhouse to sip nectar from our Mexican butterworts.  The parentage is therefor unknown, but it has been a favorite of ours for years.  It eventually forms large rosettes with undulating leaves.  The flowers are big, full, and bright pink.  Peter named this cultivar after our very dear friend John who has an art glass shop in Guerneville, California now.
