The guys came packaged well but no instructions. I did figure it out! lol! The Cheshire Cat ping died within a week but the other two are doing very well. It had a leaf that was barely hanging in there and I watched some of the videos and put it in the soil. It’s not dying so I am wishing it good luck! Thank you!
Fed it a bug and it began to get darker like it was going to die
Out of the 3 bags of soil I ordered, I only received 1. It says right on the invoice for 3 bags. How can anyone miss that

Anytime you have any issues with a shipment from us, you can just email us and we'll make it right! I'm very sorry we didn't fulfill your order correctly this time. We're a small crew, and sometimes we make a mistake, a human error that just happens when you're shipping hundreds of orders out.
