Heliamphora tatei “Cerro Duida” x tatei “Marahuaca" Potted
Heliamphora tatei is one of the largest and most elegant species. Older specimens can form pitchers 1 foot tall, they eventually can form a trunk as they grow and they have large white flowers on rigid scapes.
We are so excited because these are the first new tatei clones in 20 years!
Small plants are 1-3” tall, medium are 3-5” tall, large plants are 6-8” tall.

They do best with a drop in temp at night. Ideally down to the low 50s or even mid 40s. They appreciate bright light but be careful not to overheat.
Water: Water with distilled or purified water frequently, do not let the pots sit in water for long periods of time but be sure to keep the potting medium moist all the time
Dormancy: none needed
